Quality of life update v1.1

New features:

• Consumable First-Aid-Kit replenishes health upon usage

Changes:

• Added next wave Danger-Points Display;
• Rebalanced enemies points;
• First-Aid-Kit now spawns upon wave clearing;
• Med-Station was removed;
• Wave-Start-Button is one click now;
• Background color was changed.

Fixes:

• Negative wave Danger-Points issue was fixed ; 
• Players weapon wild rotation issue was fixed.
